A huge thank you to Polk County for supplying materials!

This is an excellent resource for recycling everything imaginable.

Go to the site and input the item you want to recycle and your zip code. It will produce a list of nearby businesses accepting that item. Or you can click on a list of categories and choose from there.

Did you know Home Depot, Lowes and Wal-mart accept car batteries?

Best Buy accepts old desktop computers and a long list of other electronics.

Most garden departments accept plant pots, trays and plant tags to recycle.

Click the link above and try it out!
